The University of Montréal announces the launch of a new scholarship program that will exclude overseas students from paying additional tuition fees.
One of the best francophone research universities in the world is the focus of this new program, which aims to support the brightest students from around the globe. In exchange, by enhancing the cultural richness of the Université de Montréal community, these international students will assist us in achieving our educational objective.
The UdeM exemption scholarship program is intended to assist international applicants with their academic endeavors. UNIVERSITY LEVEL PROGRAMS
The only evaluation factor used to decide the scholarship's worth is how well you did in school. Based on the transcripts submitted as part of the entrance application, this evaluation is made. The analysis's findings are divided into the ensuing three stages.

A partial exemption scholarship from the added tuition fees typically assessed to international students is offered to assist you in your graduate studies.
Non-research: $10,046.35 annually (3 sessions, equal to 45 credits), or $3,348.78 every session (15 credits), or $223.25 per credit
This sum is applied to the annual tuition of $28,731.60. (45 credits).
$10,169.68 (3 sessions, or 45 credits) every year for research, or $3,389.89 (15 credits) per session, or $225.99 per credit
This sum is applied to the annual tuition of $29,084.40. (45 credits).
The same tuition fees that are assessed to students in Québec will be used for the writing and editing sessions.
An whole waiver of the extra tuition fees typically applied to overseas students is offered to assist you in pursuing your graduate studies.
With the help of this exemption bursary, you can pay the same tuition costs as graduate students in Québec.
$21,593.35 annually (3 sessions, equal to 45 credits), $7,197.78 each session, equal to 15 credits, or $479.85 each credit
The $29,788.60 in annual tuition fees is allocated to this sum (45 credits).
The same tuition rates as those charged to Quebec students are applied to the writing and revision sessions.
Qualification Standards for University of Montréal Scholarships
Incoming international students as of Fall 2020:
who have a study permit but are neither citizens of Canada nor permanent residents.
They will be a full-time student for the duration of their education.
