Is funding for international aid exclusive to OeAD?

The award recipient must use grant funds to cover the costs of insurance and lodging. The OeAD also makes an effort to find housing (student housing or a flat) for grant recipients who request that the OeAD arrange their housing. Costs per month: 220 to 550 euros (depending on how much comfort the recipients of grants want). The OeAD must be paid an administration fee of 18 EUR each month in order to provide housing.
