Merit-based tuition support for first-time applicants from outside the European Union who are admitted to the first year of an eligible Sciences Po undergraduate programme and whose household does not pay taxes in the EU. Award is a full tuition exemption or a €9,500 tuition-fee exemption; not a cash stipend.
